Automation & AI · Consulting and builds

Hand the adminto a system.

I run three businesses on automations I built myself. I help other businesses do the same: working out what's worth automating, then building it properly, on systems you own.

Two ways to work with me

Work out what to automate,
then build it.

Consulting

Automation and AI review

For businesses with a team, a few systems and too much admin between them.

  • I map how enquiries, jobs and admin actually move through the business
  • A ranked list of what to automate first, by the hours it gives back
  • A straight view on where AI helps, and where it is hype
  • A build plan your team can follow, or I build it with you

Builds

One automation, done properly

For owner-run businesses that know the job they want gone.

  • One job automated at a time, at a fixed price agreed up front
  • Runs on your own email, sheets and phone, so you own it
  • Tested with you before it goes live
  • Plain hand-over notes, and you know who to message

Built for my own businesses first

I don't sell anything
I don't run myself.

These run every day across Amazing Design Services, 99 Websites and Review Velocity. The same approach goes into the work I do for clients.

Finds and researches leads

Give it a town. It finds local businesses, checks their website and reviews, and builds each one a personal report.

Town name→Google Places→Website check→Report

Knows who really opened an email

Each morning it throws out spam scanners and phone previews, so only real people land on the call list.

Email opens→Bot filter→Call list

Drafts website changes for approval

A client sends a change and a photo. AI drafts the edit on a preview copy. Nothing goes live until I approve it.

Request→AI draft→Approval→Live

Builds the monthly client report

Google Maps rankings and review numbers, turned into one link per client that always shows the latest month.

Rank grid→Reviews→Report link

Files new clients by itself

A welcome form saves the answers, logo and photos into the right Drive folder and adds the client to the register.

Form→Drive folder→Register

Puts the numbers on one screen

Monthly income, who's looking at a quote right now and what to chase next, pulled from the sheets I already use.

Sheets→Dashboard→Next action

Where most businesses start

Three jobs that pay
for automating first.

Enquiries

Never miss one

A missed call gets a text back. Website and WhatsApp enquiries get an instant reply and land in one list.

Chasing

Stop remembering to chase

Quote follow-ups, payment reminders and review requests go out at the right time, every time.

Paperwork

Let it file itself

Forms become job cards, bookings land in the calendar and your weekly numbers keep themselves up to date.

Something else eating your time? If it happens the same way every week, it can probably be automated.

How a project runs

Four steps,
no surprises.

  1. 1

    Conversation

You tell me where the hours go. I tell you plainly whether automation will help, and what to do first.

  2. 2

    Fixed scope and price

A written scope and one price, agreed before any work starts.

  3. 3

    Build and test

Built on your accounts and tested with you against real examples before it goes live.

  4. 4

    Hand-over

Plain notes on what runs and why. You own it, and you know who to message.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. Most of what saves time is plain automation: things happening by themselves when something else happens. AI only goes in where it does a job better, like drafting a reply or reading a document.

Will AI talk to my customers without us?

Only if you want it to. My own systems draft and a person approves, and I set yours up the same way unless you decide otherwise.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Usually, yes. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, CRMs, booking and invoicing tools. I build the connections with n8n and use Claude where AI is needed.

What about our customers' data?

It stays in your accounts. I work under a written contract that includes a data processing agreement.

Do we have to sign up to a retainer?

No. Consulting and builds are both scoped and priced up front. Ongoing support is there if you want it, not a condition.

Talk to me

Tell me where
the time goes.

Pick what you need and what eats your week, then send it on WhatsApp. I reply myself, usually the same day. Prefer to call or email? That's fine too.

Hi Alex, I saw your automation page. I'd like a chat about what we could automate.
